    hi,

    i saw a A 108 Firmware version for HLDS CA10N 12.7mm SATA Slotload 4X BD-Combo at dell.com, do we have to upgrade that ? i just got my studio xps 1645 in last month, normally what kind of Firmware version will come with the studio xps 1645 laptop ?

    I dont think you would need to upgrade it. I got my xps back in December and it came with the same drive. The version on my drive is already A109 so its newer. No need for upgradation.
