When all programs are minimized or when Windows Explorer is on top, the Fn Key HUD does show up, but when other programs are on top, the HUD is not shown. When I'm watching a movie, for example, I'd actually like to see what level of brightness or sound it's at. Is there a way to keep the HUD on top of any programs?

    Thanks
