If you go to your account details on dell.com and look at your detailed order, does it show those items in your order?

Dell, keeps claiming that it was not included in my order so they would never ship those accessories.

I say, so how come did I get the remote? It's not in my order either!!

I don't think they ever show up in the order, they never give any part numbers in the order.
If they feel like it, they just ship it to you without u knowing.
