i just installed Catalyst version 9.9 from here:
    http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx?p=vista32/common-vista32

    + modded driver-package from here:
    http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool.php

(everything seems really fine. better FPS and more smooth playing) ....BUT in my old DELL-Ati driver 8.6 i could change my colour-saturation inside CCC (i found it under desktop properties i think)....but in this newset 9.9 i dont see any "saturation-controll"

i have just "gamma" - brigtness" - "contrast" .....someone know if im able to change my saturation on my RGBLED laptop screen with 9.9 ??????????
(i know its a "Desktop-video-driver" from start.......but Desktops have also screen with saturation....he he)

anyway.........with my former 8.6 i got quite bad FPS in smoke scenes.... but now with modded 9.9 smooke scenes works much better.....just a tip to everyone with Ati 3670 :)

i cant find any saturation control inside desktop properties in 9.9, (its quite OK anyway. saturation looks really fine default in 9.9, but it had been nice to change it if i wanted)....

this how it looks inside 9.9 CCC..........the only thing there i see some saturation is inside Video properties.....and thats will not change example colours in games, etc......(am i right)

You need to go to "Desktop & Displays", right click on the laptop icon in the bottom left and click "Configure" and then go to the "Avivo color" tab.

You don't need to use the modder on Windows 7 as ATI have proper mobility drivers.

guys i can tell you one thing about Ati driver 9.9.... its a blast compared to (Dell) Ati 8.6 :)
(before i run Crysis in 1280x768 + high settings(shadows/shader/water on medium) and it worked pretty good.........

now (with 9.9) i use 1360x768 + high settings(shadows/shaders on medium) but with better FPS (you really "feel" the difference....the game runs actually MUCH smoother....also smoke/fire scenes works better, no bigger fps-drops at all.

recorded a sample (with my cellphone so video-quality is of course crap), but in the real world, the screen looks awesome...really sharp details & colours......you see how lag-free it really runs (and with good(better FPS) :)
