I recently bought a M1210 from Chris on this board (Super-Nice Guy btw). Anyway, I am very impressed with the XPS service so far. I called them yesterday b/c sound only came out of 1 of the 2 headphone jacks. I am going on a trip soon with the kids and would love to be able to use both at the same time. A different Chris from Dell chat downloaded a bunch of drivers for me via the Dellconnect (it's cool to see your pointer being moved by someone else very far away) as I recently did a Clean Install. After trying to get the right audio driver, he concluded that I need a new motherboard. At first, that seemed like OVERKILL as I can buy a $4 splitter but since it is under warranty, he suggested I do it and who am I to argue? :D

Anyway, my first impression of the XPS service has been very positive..will post again once the MB is actually swapped out later this week.

Oh okay, if you have the correct drivers, there is nothing that has to be changed but the motherboard, great service :)
