Well in 21 day's I will be getting a dell xps m1530 with these specs:
    Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T9300 2.5GHz
    3GB RAM
    250GB 7200rpm SATA Hard Drive
    256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT

And I will be playing Counter Strike: Source with it and just wondering how much FPS will I be getting? What settings and res could I play it on? Reply if you know :D kthxbai :)

You could play it on native res (even if it's WUXGA) on all max settings judging by what other people seem to get around here.

Hmmm...I might upgrade my RAM to 4gb but would that affect my FPS? and how much Fps will I be getting with the specs I posted without the 4gb just the 3gb

Not really, but you'll get the benefits of dual-channel RAM.
