Just purchased an XPS 15 an will be joining the ranks:
Processor Intel Core 6th Gen i7-6700HQ Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.50 GHz)]
OS Windows 10 Professional 64 bit
    Display 15.6inch 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) InfinityEdge touch
    Video NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M with 2GB GDDR5
    Audio Wave Systems Software
    Memory 16GB (2x8GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Memory
Hard Drive 1TB M.2 PCIe Solid State Drive

I'm looking for a solid 3 monitor Thunderbolt 3 dock. I would prefer if it had at least 2 DisplayPort ports.

Looking for suggestions from people who are currently using one and have had a good experience without any crazy issues.

    Thanks!

Thank you for this! I was looking for an all-in-one dock, and this looks like a good solution. I just wish these are around $50 though. It's insane how much docks cost these days. I think it's a matter of time until USB-C is saturated and prices will go lower on these.

    The StarTech Triple-Video Docking Station isn't Thunderbolt 3 or even USB-C 3.1 (Gen.2).
So it doesn't support native Displayport Alt. Mode via USB-C.
It's a Displaylink (external graphics) solution which emulates a monitor signal with USB 3.0 drivers.
(higher CPU load and possible video delay).
