today i got banned by Dell as a customer because of a cancellation.
What can I do now? Is there a way to resign to Dell? Can anyone please help me?![]()

I tried and placed a new order online and it semms to work. I got a confirmation mail with dell's bank data. Tomorrow I am going to receive my money back for my past order and than I can send them the money for the new order. Hopefully it all works.
But than the EDD is propably around the 15th October -

At least I think I can order through the Internet and don't have to talk to one of those reps again -
I think you've just hit a rep with some bad attitude who wanted to punish you in order to rectify his inferiority complexes :-D

i've placed another order and it seems it works! if it does I'll receive my order confirmation tomorrow... -
The rep was probably just bluffing..If you returned a faulty laptop, then I can't see why they would have a problem with it, especially if they sold you a piece of crap to being with.
