I cancelled my order because I actually didn't wanted the 840qm. Instead just the 740qm. I called my sales rep and he said that he bans me baucause I've returned one laptop and now cancelled this one and they can't be sure that I' will not do the same thing with the next one.

    What can I do?
    I want my XPS

Wow, that's bizzare. I really don't that think that if you place another order, that they would not take it. They are in business to sell laptops, after all.

Talk to another sales rep or place an order online.

That is what I want to do but the do have my money. And I can't efford paying them for the new laptop till I get my money back.
But I think they'll notice me and cancell my order after I completed the order

No not yet. I cancelled the order yesterday. But he didn't reply to my question when I will get my money back... so I'm a bit cautious.

I've heard from people wo have cancelled their order four times... I mean return one pc and cancell one order?! I don't think such a way to treat his customers is not justified.
At least I think I can order through the Internet and don't have to talk to one of those reps again

I think you've just hit a rep with some bad attitude who wanted to punish you in order to rectify his inferiority complexes :-D

The rep was probably just bluffing..If you returned a faulty laptop, then I can't see why they would have a problem with it, especially if they sold you a piece of crap to being with.
