i have an XPS 1210 with Nvidia card. i intend to bump it up to 4mg memory. it is a great laptop. Dell recently replaced under warranty the LCD screen. i have managed to mess-up the operating system and need to rebuild the machine as the restore is corrupted. two questions -

    1. is there a sticky somewhere on this forum to step me through the re-build?

    2. i took title of this machine from my former employer. i have the XP disk but not the Office disk. can i get the Office disk from Dell for a small fee? i am still under warranty and have next business day support. i can probably get the Office disk from former employer but would rather not deal with it.

    thanks in advance.
