    Hello,

I complained about the "grainy" screen on the XPS 14 but support guy can't say what it will be replaced with. Only that he can set up a service call to replace the screen. I just got the laptop as a escalations replacement after a 2 years, 10 service calls, and 4-5 dead M1330 motherboards.

He said he didn't know if it would be an LG screen. Is there a part # in the Dell supply chain that I could suggest he check up? Thanks.

Someone suggested making it an "WARRANTY ITEM REPLACEMENT" after he got his M1530 grainy screen replaced with an LG screen.

    THanks
