    Has anybody sent their XPS 9350 for coil whine? Was it fixed?

    My XPS 13 is 2 days old and I am hearing what I believe to be coil whine. The sound is made consistently, but stops when I move the USB mouse I have attached. The noise resumes again when I stop moving the mouse.

    1. Is this coil whine?
    2. Has anybody sent their XPS 13 back in and successfully had this issue fixed?
    3. How long does the process take?
