Has anyone remounted the heatsink on an M1210?

The fan WILL NOT STOP SPINNING! CPU and GPU are both underclocked and undervolted and the fan is basically on the entire time the laptop is running, temps for both chips hover in the low 50c range. Has anyone remounted the heatsink? I don't want to tear everything apart only to realize the heatsink was designed for use with thick thermal pads and a proper mount with ceramique is not possible.

    Thanks

There was defintely a thermal pad with the heatsinks, I cant remember exactly sorry.

You could try cleaning the dust out, there was a whole clog of dust in the M1210 when the heastsink was taken out!

So you weren't able to remount with a traditional TIM? :(

Where was the dust? I blow it out through the vent monthly with compressed air but if there's some hiding, I'll pop it open.
