    # $300 off XPS M1730 Laptops over $2499, use coupon T?JL8ZKRD3G44F
    # $50 off Vostro 1510 Laptops over $599, no coupon needed
    # $250 off Inspiron Desktops over $999, coupon $?$4S0Q58SKQTH
    # 25% off Inspiron Desktops over $1049, coupon KJH3JB4KDNFLMP

There were a couple just for xps laptops that expired on Sept 5th so I would say you may have to wait a bit for more.

I don't believe this site ever changed it (for reasons I'm not too sure of), but the 30% off M1330 coupon listed on this site was also usuable for the M1530.

It's expired on 9/5/08 but I used this code "JD2BSBJQDWF?4L" (30% off M1330 and M1530 over $1599) to knock off 30% off the M1530 I ordered. I waited until a good coupon came along and took advantage of it when it came out. Dell have coupons all the time, just have to be patient and wait it out until it's time to bite the hook!

    -Tuxedo Black
    -P9300 (2.5GHz, 800Mhz FSB, 6MB L2 Cache)
    -WXGA+ LED Screen
    -Nvidia 8600m GT 256MB
-2GB RAM (cheaper to upgrade elsewhere)
    -250GB 5400RPM Harddrive (Already ordered a Seagate Momentus 320GB 7200RPM with FFS from Buy.com for $104, the 250GB will go in my PS3 )
    - Standared DVD+/-RW Drive
    - Intel 4965 Wireless-N
    - Dell 355 Bluetooth (For my Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 (Dongles suck))
    - 6-Cell Battery

All that for a total of $1220 (including tax). Original configuration price was just a lil over $1600.

Ordered 8/30/08, called Dell earlier and they said it should be shipped tomorrow!

I have almost the same configuration and order 8/30. Today Dell tells me it's not shipping until 10/13. I'm going to kvetch and see if they pony up something for my troubles. 6 weeks to build a laptop is pretty excessive since I didn't change any of the "recommended" parts choices. Hell, if I configure the exact same laptop on the Dell website today it shows a better ship date than the one I ordered on 8/30. Then again it would cost me $300 more if I re-ordered the laptop. I guess Dell service improves based on how much you pay. ;)

Just got an email earlier today stating my ESD got delayed to 9/24/08 which is a week away. Just hope it won't get delayed again after that. It's interesting that you say that, that the system you built online has a sooner ESD than the one you already ordered. Maybe it holds true to some extent that for those people that paid full price, they get expedited service.
