When I plug in headphones and take them out later, the laptop speakers won't play any sound. Plugging in the headphones again will allow sound to play through the headphones, but to play sound through the laptop speakers I have to restart the computer. I'm on the latest realtek drivers from the Dell site.

Is anyone else encountering this problem or have a fix for it?
