Hi to everybody this is my first post.
My parents just got me an XPS M1530 notebook as a graduation present. The only problem im having with it is it seems to heat up way too quickly.
The notebook heats up to where i can feel the heat through the touchpad and keyboard. Im not sure if its supposed to heat up like this since its my first laptop.
Is there anything I can do to make it stay cool? Im already thinking about getting a notebook cooler ( this one)
What do you think i should do?

Any and all help is appreciated!

That notebook cooler would be a great choice. The XPS M1530 does get warm from what I've heard, considering it is also brushed aluminum.

Yup. The aluminum palmrest is part of its cooling system. Instead of keeping the heat inside, like a plastic palmrest would, it radiates it out the aluminum palmrest.
