Check your invoice for the type of wireless adapter in your machine. Some have a Dell adapter, others have an Intel adapter. Go to support.dell.com -> "I'm looking for drivers and downloads" -> "Choose by Service Tag" -> turn your laptop upside down, find it, and enter your Service Tag in the prompt -> look under "network" for your wireless adapter driver -> download and install.
