Hi everyone! I want to purchase the dell studio 14z before the end of august so I have it for home and college. I am debating whether to get the 720p hd display or the 900p hd display. I am not really familiar with the resolution bit. I heard that the higher the resolution the smaller the text is.I don't want something that I am going to have to squint to see.

    1. Please give me your full opinion on whether you would get the 720 or 900p and an explanation why. Also what the main differences are. I would greatly appreciate your answers.

    2. My other question is if I got the 900p resolution (1440X900) and change it to the native 720 resolution (1280x720) if I dont like it by going to the adjust screen resolution? Would it still look good or wouldn't it?

    Thank you very much!!!

You're in the XPS and Studio XPS forum, you should be posting this in the Inspiron and Studio forum :)

But my answer is the 900p resolution. The text isnt microscopic, and pictures/videos look better.

And you would be able to adjust the resolution after if you saw fit.
