My dell dock has some error and everytime I reboot, I get several error messages and it keeps trying to reopen. (SO annoying!) I have tried to uninstall but it won't let me. Is there a way to turn it off or disable it??

Try use RocketDock (freeware) or Object Dock. Object Dock is avaiable in 2 versions. Free and payable. In payable (Object Dock Plus) u can have more then one dock.
In their webpages u can find lot of free icons.

Look in Task Manager, under Processes for delldock.exe. If running, End it. Then try uninstalling again. If it doesnt work, try Safe Mode.

And use Objectdock. Dell Dock is made and based off of Objectdock anyway. ;)
