Pls guide me to the latest and best hardware driver for my laptop....
Last resort can someone guide me to the latest and best way to format it back to dell factory setting...."With Media Direct"

If you are still in warranty, chat with Dell rep. online and tell them your issue (you may amplify a little bit), then ask for a system replacement...I got my M1330 because my previous M1210 smoked and screen turned white and then Dell upgraded my system for FREE.

You have to show them that the problem REALLY bothers you and you are considering the building quality of Dell...well, as it cares about its rep., things should go well...
