I just recieved a Dell XPS M1530 yesterday, and I decided that I should reformat using the "Dell Vista Laptop Reformat and Bloatware Removal Guide" I was doing fine untill I got to the ahci driver step. I have searched online and cant find a driver for the XPS M1530, and I would like some help. Can someone point me in the right direction here? It would be most appreciated. I couldn't find a search function to find out if other people have had this problem, so I'm sorry for cluttering up the forum, but I really would like/need some help!

How hard is it to do this reinstall?

I can easily do normal reformatting.
