How do I know if I got the L502X?

Just ordered this about a week ago, and am curious as to which one I got? L501X at the display for L502X for resource Cd....hmmmm

It has a Sandy Bridge processor in it, so it's the L502X. I'm sure the L501X part number for the display is just because they both probably use the exact same part.

Yeah that's the L502x

I think they try to send them before the estimate date. When I bought my old laptop, it came way before.

I ordered an L702X about a week ago though, and it hasn't moved from "work in progress" yet. I'm guessing that's because of the demand + the lack of the fixed chipsets.

What's yours saying when you track your order?

 

Mine is still saying in progress with a a date of the 29th of this month. I just sold my laptop and am shipping it Thursday so Im out a pc for a couple weeks if I get it on tue actual date.

 

Is - ""331-16 - Standard Internal Keyboard - English" --- Backlit or not?

It's Not 'Standard' on the 501x so I assume not.

 

No it's not backlit, but it's still and awesome keyboard in my opinion

 

May i ask, what happen to the chipsets that they had to fix?
