    How do I know if I have a RGB led screen story inside

    So I bought my studio xps 16 about a month ago and received a dud none the less with the gpu. so called them yelled at them after being hung up on millions of times they sent me a new laptop and after comparing the two the new one they sent me came with leather and the screen looks better but maybe its a placebo afect is there any real way I was looking at that Hwinfo32 program but they all said the same thing except horizontal size was 1 cm smaller on the new

    plz shed some light

    RGB has been discontinued for a while so if you're in the US, I doubt you got one. Copy and paste your hwinfo32 here so may be someone can help. Noone can tell you what you have from what's stated on your op. :confused:

    The new one has an AUO11ED, it is not RGBLED but WLED.

    If the new screen is better than your old one, just forget about it and keep it. If it isn't, take it up with Dell and have them send a tech over to swap the displays. It's not as if you don't have a choice//
