    How long does it take Dell to send recovery cds ?

    Hey.

    Called dell and they are sending out recovery cd as my laptop Dell XPS 15 has been currupted and I cannot restore using recovery partition.

    Does someone know how long it takes dell to send you the recovery disks?

    I just got a dispatch number, but it cannot be tracked.

    From experience 2-3 days at most. I've seen it show up as quick as the following business day but usually two business days.

    3-5 business days is the usual quote, but actual shipment is quicker.

    Almost all manufacturers will do overnight shipping, but how long it takes to process your order plays a key role.

    i filled out the online form friday and they were shipped with next business day they are showing delivery to be tomorrow (monday)
