I'm thinking it might be time for a new one? I'm getting maybe 3-4 hours.

There are two possible reasons why your battery only lasts a few hours.

One is that you have a lot of background processes, or poor power management profiles set, that drain a lot of laptop power when on battery. Things like background processes, disabling speed step / turbo boost, WiFi performance set on maximum performance, high screen brightness, etc. If that is the case, you can extend battery life simply through software configuration.

The other possibility is that your battery truly is losing charge capacity. This happens after about the equivalent of 300 full charge / discharge cycles, or about 1.5-2.0 years of use. You can check this by downloading a program like BatteryBar, and seeing what your battery wear level is. If it's below 50% of original capacity, then it wouldn't be a bad idea to spend the money and get a fresh new battery (assuming you plan on keeping this laptop for at least another year).

I'm at 14%. Am I reading it wrong? See attached pic below.

It means you're at 14% wear (missing battery capacity). Your battery can still hold 86% of its originally rated charge, which is excellent for a battery that is almost 2 years old.

So, your issue of low battery life is due to software configuration, and not physical battery hardware. Replacing the battery will not give you appreciable boost in battery life.
