    I don't think you could have gotten a lot more than you did.

    What's killer is that 15.4" 1280 x x800. My 1680 x 1050 still seems too low for my taste.

    If it had a warranty it might be worth something but who wants to spend $500 on something that is going to last on average 6 months then be dead

    Judging by just the specs could have been around 600-800 if you find the right buyer.

    Personally I think because of the 8600M GT, it could have been sold for a few hundred more considering that no laptops in that price range new offer anything close to that level of graphics performance. Having said that I think $650 is the max I would be willing to pay for an M1530 with those specs. $500 does seem a little low to be honest, but not completely unfair.
