I've never actually seen a 15-inch computer with this resolution up close and I'm finding it hard to find images of it online. All the reviews use the default res and so do the models available in stores like Best Buy.
I'm not really considering 1366x768 on the Dell XPS 15, that would be a downgrade from my current MacBook, but I'm wondering is it actually hard to read things on that resolution? Keep in mind I'm only 14 and I have great eyesightbut still...I'm just curious.
Also, one thing I've noticed is just how bright Mac screens are! Do you think the 1920x1080p screen on the Dell XPS 15 would be just as bright?![]()

Windows 7 has DPI scaling, and you can choose how much you want. The default for 1920x1080 is 125%, meaning text will be 125% of its usual (small) size. Basically, this means that text will be best size for you (in most cases), and you can still enjoy high res photos and videos in the proper resolution.

What I would give to have 14 year old eyes...
You won't have any problems with that resolution.
How tiny are things on a 1920x1080 resolution?
