    Hello,
    I have an XPS 1640 and like many I got the "plugged in, not charging" message. Tried everything software wise and nothing worked so I bought a new powerjack. Now I took the back panel off and still can't figure out how to access the power plug area.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
