How do I restore my m1330 back to factory setting, I pressed F8 at the start but I didn't see the option to do it, is there any other way?
Thanks

Use recovery discs.
-
any other faster method?
-
What OS came preinstalled? Did you remove any partitions or rearrange anything? Did you get an OS reinstall disc with the laptop?
-
windows vista, i'm returning this laptop but i do't want anything on here, so i wanna delete n erase everything back to original factory setting
-
i think it's control and F8 or shift F8
-

i think it's f11
f8 is for rebooot/safe boot option on most dells- at least it was...... -
Do you get a menu at all when you hit F8 at startup? If so, the option you have to choose is "repair computer" I believe.
-
Definitely it's f8 and repair computer then you
get the options to restore to factory settings.
If you haven't reformatted. -
yea thanks guys, I finally managed to get it to work.
