Hey guys, hopefully this problem has been encountered before, if so, please direct me to the thread. Nonetheless, both earphone jacks don't work at the same time.
-they work fine when only one earphone is plug in, but once i plug in another the latter earphone doesn't produce sound.
Im running Vista 32bit HP. Kinda defeats the purpose of having 2 jacks!  Any solutions? :(

PROBLEM SOLVED!!! No thanks to you guys lol :D
I noticed that Dell Support Center had an exclamation to it! Upon opening, it advised me to DL SigmaTel Audio Drivers. Just clicked DL - installed and upon reboot both jacks worked perfectly "together".
So moral of the story: Its not always bad to keep the bloatware!!! LOL, for novices like me! :D
"Now i can configure 5.1 surround for better movies"!! assiffffff on a 13.3inch screen...
