    Hello
I am new here, so sorry if making mistakes.

I have XPS M1710. My question is how to disable system speaker?
    XP 32 bits.
    Soundcard is sigmatel.

It does not appear in systems mixer aka volume control.

What reason do you have for disabling it?

Goto device manager and look for sound, video and game controllers and expand it. then right click on Sigmatel High Definition Audio Codec and click disable.
