What is the simplest way to get the BT working in Windows 7 on the XPS 16?

There aren't any devices with missing drivers, but there is no Bluetooth either.

All I really need is mouse capability (I don't use any other BT functionality).

What's the easiest way to get the BT enabled, seen, and working in Windows 7?

    Thanks!

When installing Win7 or any OS you should of turned on the radio switch before the install.

I used the bluetooth drivers from Vista 64bit and my bluetooth works fine.

You need to install the Vista 64-bit driver from the Dell website...even though there's no uknown device in device manager, bluetooth doesn't get installed with Windows 7.

interestingly, I turned on my BT mouse (no driver software installed yet, no BT app in control panel and no icon in the system tray), and it works! It was paired to this computer in a past OS, so it must have remembered that somehow. I have no way of configuring it, but it does work. I will, though, install the 64-bit BT 370 software for Windows 7 (which I found under the Latitude E6500 series).

    Thanks.

I would like to have the Win 7 BT driver. However, I must be doing something wrong and I cannot find it under E6500, do you mind posting a link? Thanks

My bad. It's the Latitude E6400, not the E6500.
