    Hi there
    PLEASE help!!!

My XPS M1330 just died; it's the 2nd time in happened since I bought it only 5 months ago!

First time it happened there was a hard disk problem and dell replaced it.
This time the Dell support team didn't find any hardware issues and transferred me to their software department; there I was asked to pay for their services... I found that very shocking since this laptop is still on a warranty and I haven't done anything that would damage it.

So, I've decided to reinstall the windows myself. After reinstalling it looks like there a few drivers missing, some of them very important (e.g. the internet works very slow and some less (e.g. the dock option).
Could you please let me know which drivers my XPS M1330 should have on it, and whether there is a specific order I should download these drivers? and also whether before downloading any drivers I should check if I already have them on the machine?

    Thank you!!!

    Uriel

You can download drivers for your Dell at dell.com/support (the XPS 1330 links here for Vista 32-bit), the default option, or an Intel wireless card (driver here for Vista 32-bit). If you have the Intel one, you probably have a Centrino label of some sort on your laptop, otherwise, it probably (but not necessarily) is the Dell.

Note that the default XPS 1330 page is for Vista 32-bit drivers; you can also select Vista 64-bit. If you need XP drivers, try the XPS 1730 or 1710, or Inspiron 1520 - the hardware options are pretty much the same on all three.
