I ordered a fully loaded M1330 on 10/15 and it shipped 10/18. This is world record breaking, because my M1530 took like a month to ship when I ordered it before.

3 days from order to shipped is awesome. That's probably just as fast as buying a ready made computer online. I guess they have fully loaded M1330's built and ready to go.

It all depends on how much customizing you do...They probably have many ready built systems with the standard options.

That is pretty quick seeing how delayed all the other products are especially the Mini right now. Maybe someone with a similar order had one canceled and the machine was already built and waiting for someone to buy.

I don't think there is much of an issue with parts being on back order right now or the production crews being maxed out. The economy is slow not only in the USA but all over the world. I am hoping my 1530 get's built and shipped as fast as your 1330. The nice thing right now is even though it seems like they are going so fast I think it is likely they are actually taking more time to build each unit. Since there isn't a back log of orders they can probably begin building soomer but also take their time to do it well. This is speculation of course from a impatient person who is waiting for his lap top as well and creating favorable scenarios in my head. Hopefully this is the case with the times though.
