    Inspirion looks like the Studio Xps

    Is it just me seeing things or does the Studio Xps look the same as the cheaper Inspirion line.

    Does the Studio Xps line have magnesium chassis like the m1530.

    It doesn't look quite like the inspiron line, but to be fair all dell products share a little bit in common...for that matter so do all laptops. The Studio XPS though I'd say looks quite a bit different...it's more similar to the Studio line if anything (hence the name).

    Yeah I'm 99.9% sure it has a magnesium chassis.

    It looks nothing like the Inspiron's. The Inspiron's are classic Dell bricks, and the Studios are a lot sleeker.

    It is just you. I had an older Inspiron, have Inspiron 1521, and an Studio XPS 16. The SXPS is, far and away, the most stylish laptop I've ever had.

    Although to be fair it does look a bit like the studio laptop line, but then again the SXPS takes cue from the studio line anyway.
