Hey everybody. I am in the middle of installing 64 bit vista on my 1530. I downloaded the Zip file with all the files for AHCI and am following the reformat guide. When i open the files it just says it cannot install drive. can someone point me in the direction of the right driver?
It says The device driver could not be installed. Contact your vendor for an updated driver.

Do i even need to install this, or will i get the BSOD?

Sorry i posted this in the dell part first and now in xps.
