    On my XPS 15 (9550) when I open up the Intel graphics properties (system tray -> intel graphics -> graphics properties...) I have the option to select either 59 Hz or 60 Hz refresh. What's optimal?

    Both are the same as the panel can only operate at one, this bugs years old.
