    Hi
I just bought an used intel graphic M1330 motherboard on ebay and a new heatsink for that motherboard as well - because my Nvidia chip was dead.

BUT when I try to assemble it, I can't locate the graphic chip - so where should I apply the heat pads.

I have one place which I think is the North-bridge - but where is the graphic chip. Do you have a picture of it ...

    Regards
    Steen

On the Intel board, the NB has the graphics processor. If you use the Nvidia heatsink, there will be an extra screw and pad on the heatsink.

    Thanks.
So just to be completely sure - It is correct that I use only one heat-pad on the north-bridge and Quicksilver on the CPU - and nothing else

(NB I bought a heatsink that fits the intel graphics)

    Once again thank you

Yeah, heatpad on the NB and paste on the CPU is fine.
