My m1710 is flashing with Cap Lock and Arrow Lock LED when bootup, no access to bios, and external display doesn't work.

Dell agrees to send the laptop to their depot under the warranty and replace the motherboard. And I am sure the graphic card 7950 gtx is fried as well. My question is do they still repair M1710, given that they can't even repair M1730?

Do they really have parts available for M1710?
