    Is M1730 gone?

    When I go to Dell website, I cant find the M1730. Is it stopped by Dell and focusing on M17x?

    Well, i recieved one this week from dell as warranty replacement, so i think the UK has some. But more and more people are getting alienware M17x's as warranty replacments to M1730, which suggests they are running out.

    Also, you cant get 9800 GTX in uk anymore. limited to 8700 sli or 9800 GT sli.

    M1730 is end of life according to Dell USA. As others mentioned, the UK site still has it but most other Dell sites do not. Only a matter of time... *Taps playing* :(

    It was a nice long run. I know many had issues with the GPUs but in the time I had mine I was very happy.

    the xps m1730 ran its life out. instead of dame dell just making the new motherboard and dropping santa rosa chipset they decided to force all xps to alineware. big mistake i believe.
