    Is XPS 12 / 9Q23 battery replaceable?

    If I open up the laptop, can I just replace it? Or is it soldered in or something stupid? I am experienced with this type of stuff -- I just want to ask first.
    I google searched it and cannot find anything that definitively states it, nor anybody who has done it.

    I bought 2 XPS12's and one them no longer charges. Not the adapter I tested the other one. BIOS and Windows says battery issue.

    According to the Owners Manual ( here) you CAN replace the battery after removing the bottom panel (which requires special screw driver).
