    Hi everyone,

I got the dell xps 15 delivered to me the other week. I'm just wondering if it is normal for the disc drive to make alot of noise when loading a disc in. You can hear the disc spinnning around really fast and then stopping. It sort of sounds like a loud buzzing noise.

I get the impression that the drive is not spinning the disc fast enough and this is why im getting the noise. I loaded crysis the other day and once the game actually started the noise stoppped and it sounded normal, i assumed this was because the disc began to spin really fast.

Do you think its worth going trhough the hassle of phoning dell and getting this replaced?? i dont really use the drive that much and i dont think it really effects the drive from reading the disc. Has this happened to any of you lot?
