    Is my TB15 Thunderbolt dock DOA?

    After a one month wait for my TB15 to ship, It seems to have arrived DOA. I can't make my XPS15 9550 recognize the dock. I've installed all the newest chipset drivers, Thunderbolt Controller, Bios, AsMedia drivers, etc. but the dock never installs it self when I connect the Thunderbolt connector to the laptop. The little power/connect LED indicators on the Thunderbolt 3 plug never light up when connected to the laptop either. Any ideas on how to get the computer to see the dock or should I just arrange for an exchange?
