    the palmrest are pretty warm when i am uing the comptuter is this normal. Its warm and all i am doing is surfing internet at the moment. I can understand if I were doing my music production but is it normal to be so hot.

    Download Everest Ultimate Edition from download.com its a trial but it will give you a good idea of what your CPU core temperature is at. Obviously in the 60s or so when you are surfing or idling is a bit too much.

    However my notebook gets warm after its been on for a few hours doing nothing much but idling or surfing, its just quite normal for that to be happening. But check with Everest just to be sure.
