First of all my laptop is Dell XPS 9530
Intel i7-4712HQ CPU @2.30GHz
16 GB memory and 512 SSD hard drive
windows 8.1
I got this laptop last December and it did not suffer any problem before.
Now I noticed today in the task manager that there are many windows and Microsoft "services" stopped running in the task manager. Here are screenshots of those services that stopped running

Is that normal ??
I am asking because I had a couple of Blue Screen of death "BSOD" earlier this week. It was caused one by " srv.sys" and then by "kernel data inpage error"
I noticed that it occurred when I played specific audio file in Windows 8 native Music app.The BSOD used to collect the info it needed 100% and did not restart automatically. I had to restart it myself. I downloaded a new audio file and it worked fine.
On that day noticed that Intel Smart Connect technology was not working and I had to enable it from the Bios.
This is why I am asking about the Services apps in task manager
I ran all the tests whether hardware tests or software tests , windows maintenance tests or Dell diagnostics tests and they say nothing is wrong with my laptop.
I have the latest updates for windows installed.
I wish I could have kept a scan from the Bluescreen viewer but unfortunately I used CCleaner without noticing that it would delete the minddump files too.
I do not suffer from slowness or any other problem, the pc is still fast nevertheless I feel it is getting hotter faster than usual. According to Speccy , the CPU temperature ranges between 46-50 C and Graphics 43 C. It is summer , I know and I live in Egypt and now we got temp reached to 40 C but i am worried concerning what happened to the laptop earlier.
Thanks for your time.

The stopped services are fine. It is normal for Windows to not start services, when they are unneeded.
The BSOD message indicates some kind of memory management error. I'd recommend checking for hardware errors by downloading g and running memtest86 and chkdsk to search for any hardware failures related to your RAM or storage drive. Also, be sure that you are letting Windows manage the page file size(instead of you manually setting a size), and that you have enough free space on your storage drive for that page file to grow.
Finally, your temps are absolutely fine. The danger zone for temps is around 90C. And you are nowhere near that.ZeiN7 likes this. -
I checked the storage drive and it was fine. I am going to download memtest86 and check the Ram
