Hey guys,
The wife decided to get me a new laptop for Xmas. (I've been complaining about my aging eMachines M6809 for a while now.) She found a Dell laptop on sale at Staples and went to the store to buy it. The laptop she wanted to get wasn't in stock so the salesman talked her into a different (more expensive) Dell laptop that was also on sale. Unfortunately, it also wasn't in stock and had to be ordered. It's supposed to arrive this Friday.
I've looked all over the Dell website but can't find any documentation on this model or support info.
This is what my wife purchased. Dell XPS 17L-2777ELS Full HD 17.3" 3D Laptop
Price: $1199 + $75 (tax) + $49 (8GB Ram upgrade) = $1323 total
Is this the same as an XPS 17 L702X?
Will support and drivers be the same?

yes this is a l702x. when the laptop comes, check the bottom of it for a sticker that gives the service tag # and that should lead u to the right page with all the necessary drivers.
Is this XPS the same as an XPS 17 L702X ?
