A couple of others mentioned they had it in the main thread. Phone Dell and tell them, they were more than happy to send me a replacement screen or laptop.

Time will tell! I expect you will receive your replacement before me, as they take some time longer than US&Canada to ship to UK.. so if you do let me know if its a better one!

I have this issue too. Did you guys get it fixed in the end or did you decide to live with it? I'm a bit hesitant to ring Dell since for starters I do not want to end up without a PC and add to the fact that there is nothing else wrong with it. Plus, I bought in in the UK but I am now in Malta so I don't have the slightest clue of how the warranty would pan out.
