So i just received my XPS 1530 and opened the box. The Creative earbuds, the XPS laptop Sleeve, and the XPS faux leather CD case are all missing.
Do these items still come with the laptop? i dont see them listed on my invoice. Should i contact Dell?

yes contact dell support they will let you know if these come with it.

That *promotion* ended a while back, now!
I am assuming these were not listed on your invoice? Or, order acknowledgement?
You will need to contact Dell, and see what they will do for you in this case. Some peep's have great luck, some don't.

I got mine about 3 months ago. Didnt get all the accessories as well. Although i got the earbud.
Other than that ... none. But its not like i would need it anyway ... i would end up getting my own anyway hahahah
And mine also doesnt show up in the invoice -
i will try my luck with Dell CS but im mostly interested in the case. I did a search on ebay and they are for sale for 9.99 new so ill probably just pick up on there if Dell isnt any help.

Well the first Dell CS agent i spoke to told me that the xps laptops never came with those accessories in the US and that was a European special only.
I called back and got another rep to indicated that the promotion was over in the summer and Dell no longer has any of those items in stock.
I guess ebay it is. -
i got everything with my m1730 today, earphones, leather book holder, cloth and remote, so i guess i got lucky!

It doesn't hurt anything, and maybe you will get a rep in the Holiday spirit!
Otherwise, you can find those accessories (or similar) at nominal costs!
If you ordered in the recent past, that's pretty cool you got all of them!

OP, I highly recommend contacting Dell. In fact, even if the first few tries fail, keep going at it, your bound to find someone willing to place the order for you. Also, if your conversation is going nowhere, ask for a supervisor, they have more power and are many times happy to fulfill your small request.
