    Hi

I ordered a Dell XPS M1530 refurb last week and got it delivered just in time for the weekend.

Great laptop so far. I was a bit worried about the screen after having read all the threads here about graining and bad quality, but I have to say that the screen looks great and I cannot fault it, so far anyway.... I do have a very slight keyboard bulge as well as mentioned here, but it is nothing to major and I guess I can live with it as I do not want to open my new laptopn and try and make it better.

It is a refurb from the Outletshop and the specs are as follows.

CPU: T8300 2.4 Ghz Dual Core 3MB cache
GPU: Nvidia 8600 GT 256MB with GDDR3 RAM
    RAML: 3GB
Screen: AUO 2077 I think it is
    HDD: 320GB
    Color: Midnight Blue
and I got a Dell case

I got this all for 780 Euro. Not bad I think

I looked a bit again on the outlet shop and then saw another M1530 same specs except for the RAM and CPU which was 4GB and the T9300 CPU for 40 Euros more.... aahhhh

Oh well, hopefully that would make tooooo much difference in performance.

So far I am very happy.

Only one question is when I close the lid and it is still on, it goes to sleep mode...when I open it turns on again but the screen sometime goes completely black then but the pc is still on. Doesn't alwasy happen, and I think it happened when I opened IE7.

    I did install Vista SP1..

    Thank for listening.
