But how do I install all the drivers. I put in the drivers and utilities disk but on the clean install guide it says that I insert it and press extract but I don't see that and I really have no idea what to do. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

When you insert it, it should auto pop up a program that shows you a few drivers that you have to install for the M1530. Just click on install for the ones you need, and your basically set. Though there are a few other drivers that are not on the CD that you have to download off of the dell website or elsewhere.

What you shouldve done to make things easier is to copy the Drivers folder in your M1530 to a USB or burn them to a CD just so that after you reformat, you can directly run all the the packages without having to look for other ones you may be missing (aside from gfx card if 8600GT).

Dells website is really easy to navigate for drivers...my two desktops and numerous reinstalls are proof. lol.
