Have to say, dealing with Dell on the phone is painful at best but the guy they had come out to replace my display and install BT was great. Very pleasant, good communication and got everything taken care of. Well minus the call to Dell where they put him on hold/passed him from department to department for 20 minutes before he gave up.
Not that I stopped liking this machine but now I feel like I can finally relax and just enjoy the machine and start tweaking.

yeah, felt the same way when i got my 3 repairs... (after i got them) and still im having some issues, but thats dells fault for not knowing how to handle my computer... *soft hands huh*
